I prefer my satellite phone.
However it is somewhat expensive and is not always able to find a satellite to communicate with.

I would prefer also satellite phone myself, but its not in my budget. This may be a less expensive alternative (with less capabilities) if it works as well as described. It somewhat reminds me the Onstar system but in a handheld device.
