Join us for a drive on backroads from Wilsonville to Albany. we plan on crossing the Willamette River on the Canby Ferry, the Wheatland Ferry and the Buena Vista Ferry, we will wander along senic backroads down the Willamette Valley. we will leave from the Denney's resturant in Wilsonville at 9:00AM. Wish we could go with you guys. I have been wanting to take those ferries across the Willamette for several years, do it before they close them down. Here are some pics of the three ferry boats.

If there were a way we could break away that weekend we would do it, but at this point in time it doesn't look feasible for us. Your ferry boat tour is probably the most unique road trip we have had the opportunity to attend in a long time and we are sorry to miss it. Who knows how much longer they will be running ferries across the Willamette?
