Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Check out the first post of this thread, we have added more licensed operators since the last update!

Hey Jerry, suggestion: maybe add a location for all the operators so we can know who's in an area we're planning to be and coordinate ecomm plans with individuals.

Thanks for the idea, Aaron. Only thing about the list is the anonymity factor that is important to some of the amateurs, but I think we can make it work. I plan to continue listing call sign suffix's only, but starting now, with the licensees permission, I will include the location they specify. If they do not want their location divulged I will leave it blank.

So, with your permission, Aaron, you will be the first and I will be the second followed by anyone else who wants to list their location. You can notify me by posting to this thread or send a PM.

Anyone wanting to show their location on "List of Hams on the Forum" can do so by posting it to this thread or PM me. Thanks.

Jerry is taking a conservative approach which is good. But I think its impossible to be annonymous if you have an amateur radio license if someone wants to go to the trouble. The address you used to get your license is available from the FCC license database if someone knows your callsign. QRZ.com picks that information up and so do other ham radio sites. Can't remember exactly, but you may need to subscribe to QRZ.com to get the full address of the "owner" of any call.

Welcome to the new hams as well as other licensed radio operators who have recently changed their call signs. Folks can find you listed in the first post of this thread. And if you are a ham and your call sign suffix is not on the list, please PM me with your call sign or post it to this thread and I will add you to the list.
