Aha! Nevermind my question in the intro, I'll do some reading now before I ask more questions, and post my pics over here.

I've got the same camera, I love it!

Those cameras are easy to operate. I could show you most of it over coffee, after work. I work in Auburn, and I think you live just up the hill from there.

I've actually figured out enough to experiment shooting in manual mode, but usually stick to aperture or shutter priority. I'm always willing learn something new.

I'll have it for the Christmas tree run on Saturday.
