Fires near Sun Valley cleared new backcountry terrain - but could also boost avalanch

[IdahoStatesman.com] Open slopes, which were created when forest fires burned trees and brush this summer, will entice backcountry skiers, boarders and snowmobilers, but it will also mean higher avalanche danger.
