Dumb idea of the year? Well... it's right up there

[KATU.com] Four teenagers, perhaps with a little too much time on their hands now that school's out, decided to build a boat out of plywood, attach a motor to it, throw in a couple of lawn chairs and then launch it in the Columbia River. Take a wild guess what happened.
