Groups partner to improve facility on Boise River

[IdahoStatesman.com] Boaters and anglers have an improved boat ramp and picnic facility on the South Fork of the Boise River, and the Boise Valley Fly Fishermen on Wednesday gave a lasting tribute to one of its founders, Ken Magee of Boise.
