Default Greetings

Great website and I really enjoy the write-ups. Recently moved back to Tacoma (for good this time) and look forward to joining you for some of your back-road adventures.

A bit about the rig: 1991 Ford Explorer Sport, SupeRanchoLift (hybrid) ~5" suspension lift, ARB air lockers front and rear, Atlas II transfer case (4.3:1 ratio), Ramsey REP 8000 winch, and 33x12.50s Goodyear MT/Rs.

On a recent event in Tahuya, Phil (Albino94ltd) mentioned this site so I thought I'd check it out - - good stuff and I look forward to getting out and exploring a bit more. . .

Welcome to the forum, Paul. Your Explorer is really decked out. The Sports are a near perfect combo for backroad and off-road, especially lifted and locked. Nice!

Welcome to the forum.

It sounds like your rig is set up pretty nice. I hope to see you on the backroads this year.

Thanks Guys, appreciate the compliments on the rig; looks like you've both got great set-ups as well. Like most things, there's always a compromise - - lots of storage usually means too wide on the trails; the perfect trail runner usually has limited storage space. . . so yes, the 2 door Explorer (103" wheelbase) works well for me, my wife, and our dog.

Thanks again and look forward to meeting up with you sometime on the trails.
