Mark & Sandra, welcome to the forum! Your CJ-8 sounds great. Did you built it as a pickup truck or add back seats? Any modifications to the drive train? And if you have some pics we would like to see them. We are looking forward to meeting you guys.

with a rebuilt tf999 auto trans (guise i'm getting old) with an dana 300 t-case. 31 tires on stock crome rims.it's got a hardtop&softtop.have all new decals waiting for paint job.we've got pic's.new to site dont know how to post them.
will be back from nov 1st-the 4th but dont see any runs listed for that time.

Rich & Jan from Aloha are hosting a neat driving tour the weekend before you return, but a lot of help that is. Except you can retrace their footsteps if you are interested in seeing some of the Willamette Valley and crossing the river via three different ferry boats. My wife Evelyn and I won't be able to make that tour, either, but we would sure like to go. All pavement on that trip.

In case you will be in town a Christmas Tree Run is scheduled for December 8th, no exact location named yet, but probably someplace in Washington. My wife and I have been using a plastic tree for years so we don't cut fresh ones, but its fun watching others find their trees and being around the kids.

As for instructions for posting photos, go to the Completed Trips heading and you will find a "sticky" with instructions.

Take care, drive safely and we hope to see you soon.
Jerry

Welcome to the forum.

It sounds like your scrambler is set up perfect for the type of touring most of the people on the forum are doing.

Hope to meet you on a future run.

Steve
