The "Wetsiders" were at it again running up Denny Creek to Snoqualmie Pass and then heading a bit further east to Easton for a little run up FS-140 and 41 (washed out)
Here's some video I shot starting on the upper part of Denny Creek road as we paused under the west bound I-90 overpass heading for Snoqualmie Pass. It was raining pretty much ALL freakin' day and the snow was real heavy. The berm at the top of Denny Creek is from the snow plowing the road to Alpental Ski area. After running up FS-140 out of Easton we came back to Snoqualmie Pass and went BACK over the berm and down Denny Creek road in the dark.

Here is Jon heading up Denny Creek in front of me
Taking a break under I-90 west bound looking back down Denny Creek road. That's Jon (JDavis) and Dwight (ejgdmk)
Looking UP towards the Pass
The gang heading up
Phil (Albino94ltd) lowering the berm one try at a time. Funny, you would not believe the amount of vehicles pulling over to watch us come over the berm!

Dwight makin' his way towards the berm
The bunch of us high up FS-140 out of Easton. Turn around point was at a steep 4000ft level
We came back down the dead end 140 road and ran up FS-41 until we quickly learned why the signs on the Stampede Pass side of FS-41 say "No Access To Easton"
Cabin Creek was VERY MAD at one time
If anyone knows when this bridge washout happened I'd love to know??? Have not found squat on the internet about it other than a hiking link that says it was out back in 2001
Once again thanks so much to the other guys for the making of a real fun day!!

ya that was another great day in the wet northwest I hope we can keep finding some spots to do snow runs throughout the winter, great pics Rick and Phil wish I had remembered my camera
nice pictures.
other then the rain looks like it was a fun day.
that looks like a very nasty washout. compared to how tame it looks now, ya i bet it was very angry at sometime to do that much damage.![]()
since you found something from 2001 stating it was out then, i wonder if it was a casualty of the very wet 1996 year?
