  1. Default Trip Report: Back Roads to Twin Lakes and Mt. Baker WA. 11/30/08

Went for a run up into the snow and had a great time. Explored a couple of forest roads and spent some time by a frozen lake... Enjoy the video, pictures and story. Back Roads Adventure to Twin Lakes and Mt. Baker

Great trip report. I think video really adds something that even pictures can't.
I'm wondering, what kind of camera do you use? It looks great. I'm looking for something not too spendy with high def personally

Nice trip report and a wonderful video. Very professional, but most of all quite enjoyable. Thanks very much for sharing it with us.

Ryan, the GoPro is a popular motorsports camera. Here is info and some vids you can check out.

Here is a write up on the bullet cam set up I use. The cool part is I can attach it to a 3x5 sheet magnet so it can be stuck anywhere on the rig. I'm still experimenting with locations and shots.

BTW: five stars from Jerry... I'm not worthy... thx

    Great video!

I've driven that road a few times, but never in the snow, that must have been pretty sketchy! That gravel road on the sharp turn up to Baker is a XC skiing trail in the winter.
