Default Eastern Washington Coulee Country Tour - 05.25.2008

Last Saturday (May 25, 2008), Steven, our dog Tareva and I made one day tour of the coulee country of Eastern Washington. We drove the Lower Crab Creek Road, then onto the Seep lakes Wildlife Area, then drove SR 17 through the Lower Grand Coulee to Dry Falls, then headed West on US 2, then drove Slack Canyon Road to the Lower Moses Coulee and back to Quincy to end the day.

The full trip report is posted at Eastern Washington Coulee Country Tour

You can see the photos I took at Eastern Washington Coulee Country Tour Photos

Great trip report, Steve, I felt like I was right there with you guys! Wonderful pics, too. Do I detect a fresh coat of wax on that shiny, good looking Land Cruiser? Just in case any macho, off-road, crash and burn guys are laughing I want to remind them that a good coat of wax not only looks nice, it also helps protect your daily driver/backroads rig from paint scratches.

Good eye on catching the wax job.

After over a year and a half of ownership and a few trips to the Quilomene and Whiskey Dick areas, it was time to rub out a few scratches.

Also, a coat of wax doesn't allow the dust to stick as badly either.

Steve, very nice report and excellent pix. You were right in the middle of the floods country. Very nice.

Oh, and the TLC looks very good.

the only reason he waxed it was because we had to shoot some photos of it for the next up coming arb catalog.

although, im the one to talk. i think i only wash my jeep about 3 times a year. the jeep just looks way to scratched when clean.

Ahhh...as the famous saying goes, "And now we know the REST of the story!"

Thanks for that bit of inside information, Steven.
