Thread: New to me........02 WJ

  1. New to me........02 WJ

I decided to pull the trigger on a 2002 WJ tonight. It is a one owner adult, who has never taken it off road. It has had all maintenance performed by Mid Valley Jeep including the transmission fluid changes. Crap, I have never bought a used car that has had the transmission fluid changed by the book!

With a small lift and some 31 inch tires, it should give me something to do some mild wheeling in comfort. I think it will be fun!

It even has the original window sticker all owners manuals. I think it is a good find, although time will tell.

  2. Nice

Looks like a nice Jeep. Hope you have fun in it.

  3. Good find! GC's make excellent off-pavement rigs.

  4. Hutch,
Nice, A proven platform and drivetrain... And enough room and comfort with out being too big on the trail.
Can't wait to see it... and meet you finally.

Looks like a very capable rig and should be in very good condition with the care by the previous owner.

    Now the mods begin...

  6. It looks like you scored. Not many vehicles have the service history like yours.

The Grands make a great adventure rig for North America. Parts are available almost everywhere you go. Very capable vehicles with a few minor modifications.
