| I would suggest that you start a new thread with the tentative schedule. You can always post the meeting place and time as the date approaches if you don't have it nailed down. The information you emailed in an attachment would be good information to include in the thread at some point. Be sure to post updates every once in awhile to keep the thread open and on the front page.
