Having snow at such low elevations sure does limit the available locations.

No matter where you go, camping sites will be at a premium unless you are able to find a nice primitive site.

I would head to eastern washington and try to seek out something away from the popular holiday weekend destinations (busy locations include banks lake, moses lake, etc.).
