I have had excellent results with the Wilson Little Wil. The Wilson 1000 or 5000 will provide a bit more range; but they are 5 feet long.
When I first set up my equipment, it sounded a bit weak; but that turned out to be an issue with the radio/mic combination. My radio is clear and powerful; but not loud. I now run a powered mic, and it works great.
